How do I find my size?
When will my order ship?
Many of our items are made to order. Please allow 1-4 weeks for production. Once your order is ready it will ship from our studio in NYC. you will receive an email with tracking as soon as it goes out. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days for orders within the USA and 5-7 days for international orders.
Exchange / Returns
EXCHANGES
We offer one free size exchange on all regular purchases.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us.
To initiate the exchange process, please first contact INFO@THEHUNT.STORE.
Please provide your order number, name, size needs, and return address
All products (excluding sale items and customs) may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn and returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging.
Jewelry may be exchanged or sent back for resized within 10 days.
Clothing: accepted only if unworn
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
RETURNS

You may request a full refund for non-sale items within 5 days of receiving your order.Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging.
Please note:
- Refunds are subject to a $20 USD processing fee
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are not liable for any losses occurred during transportation in the return process
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Is there a warranty on jewelry?
Yes, all our jewelry come with a lifetime warranty. If your item breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please note that we cannot offer replacements for items damaged due to inappropriate use.
