Many pieces from THE HUNT are made to order by independent artists and small studios. Production and shipping times vary depending on the piece. Please review the individual product page for the most accurate estimate.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Most made-to-order jewelry requires approximately 2 to 4 weeks for production before shipping.

Each piece is produced individually. Casting schedules, finishing, stone setting, and other studio processes can occasionally extend the estimated timeline. If your order is taking longer than expected, we will contact you with an update.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will always be honest about what is possible.

Ready to Ship

Items marked Ready to Ship are already in stock and do not require production.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, the complete order may ship together once every piece is ready.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Shipping rates and available expedited services are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped and do not include production time.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing can occasionally delay international deliveries. THE HUNT cannot control or predict these delays or additional charges.

Tracking + Delivery

Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created. Please allow a short period for the carrier to scan the package and update its status.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. If your tracking appears stalled or your package may be missing, contact us and we will help investigate.
